‘We have consistently flirted with death’: Elon Musk wanted the Boring Co. to build a tunnel system below Las Vegas. Former employees say they feared for their lives while working there

So, I just read this crazy article about how Elon Musk wanted to build a tunnel system below Las Vegas with his company, the Boring Co. But here’s the kicker - former employees are saying they were legit scared for their lives while working there! Like, what the heck?

Basically, Musk’s idea was to create this underground transportation network to help ease traffic congestion in Sin City. But employees are saying that the working conditions were dangerous and that safety regulations were pretty much non-existent. One former worker even said they felt like they were “consistently flirting with death.” Yikes!

I mean, I’ve always been a fan of Musk’s innovative ideas, but this is a whole other level. It’s one thing to push the boundaries of technology, but putting people’s lives at risk in the process is just not cool. Safety should always come first, no matter how groundbreaking the project may be.

This article really opened my eyes to the darker side of Musk’s ventures. It’s important to remember that behind all the flashy headlines and futuristic promises, there are real people working hard to make it all happen. And their safety and well-being should never be compromised for the sake of progress. Hopefully, this story serves as a wake-up call for companies to prioritize the safety and security of their employees above all else.
