Owners report rust forming on Tesla Cybertruck

So I came across this super interesting article about the Tesla Cybertruck and apparently, some owners are reporting rust forming on it. Can you believe that? I mean, you’d think a futuristic truck like that would be immune to something as basic as rust!

Basically, the article talks about how a few owners of the Cybertruck have noticed rust on certain parts of their flashy rides. And we’re not just talking about a little spot here and there, we’re talking about some serious rust. Now, I’m not an expert in car maintenance or anything, but isn’t rust usually a problem with older vehicles? It’s kinda weird to hear about it happening on a brand new, top-of-the-line electric truck, right?

According to the article, some owners have experienced rust on the stainless steel exterior of their Cybertrucks, particularly around the door handles and some other areas. Now, Tesla claims that this rust issue is simply due to the fact that the stainless steel body panels haven’t been properly cleaned during the manufacturing process. But hey, isn’t that kind of a big oversight? You’d think they’d want to make sure everything is squeaky clean before these trucks hit the road.

Now, I don’t own a Cybertruck (unfortunately!), but I do own a Tesla Model S, and I gotta say, I’ve been pretty happy with it. I haven’t had any major issues with rust or anything like that. But it does make me wonder if there might be some other quality control issues going on at Tesla. I mean, it’s not the first time we’ve heard of problems like this popping up, right?

All in all, it’s definitely something Tesla should address. Hopefully, they’ll take this feedback from owners seriously and work on fixing it. I mean, imagine dropping a ton of money on a futuristic-looking truck, only to have it rusting away within a few months. That’d be a major bummer, to say the least.
