So, I found this article about a super-smart 14-year-old who’s about to graduate college and work for SpaceX as an engineer. Can you even imagine? I mean, at 14, I was struggling to pass algebra!
Basically, the kid’s name is Carson Huey-You and he’s from Texas. He’s been a child prodigy his whole life and graduated high school at the age of 10. NBD, right? He then went on to study physics at Texas Christian University and is now set to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in May. Oh, and did I mention he’s also minoring in Chinese and math? Talk about overachiever.
But what really caught my attention is that he’s joining SpaceX, one of the most innovative and cutting-edge companies out there. As someone who’s always been fascinated by space and technology, I think it’s amazing that he’s going to work with Elon Musk and his team to help advance space exploration and travel.
Now, I don’t know much about engineering or rocket science, but I do know that the space industry is booming and there’s a growing need for talented individuals to help drive progress and innovation. And that’s where Carson comes in. At such a young age, he’s already proving himself to be a valuable asset to the industry and a true inspiration to other young people who may be interested in pursuing similar careers.
So, I guess the lesson here is that age is just a number, and if you’re passionate and dedicated enough, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll all be working alongside Carson at SpaceX (although I’ll probably still be struggling with algebra).
