GM passes Ford to take No. 2 spot in EV sales behind Tesla

I just read an article about how GM passed Ford to take the No. 2 spot in EV sales, right behind Tesla. Crazy, right?

Basically, GM sold more than 280,000 electric vehicles last year, which is a huge jump from the previous year. Meanwhile, Ford sold just over 240,000, which is still impressive but not enough to keep up with GM.

I think this is a big deal because it shows how quickly the electric vehicle market is growing. People are really starting to see the benefits of driving an EV, like lower emissions and cheaper maintenance costs.

Personally, I’ve never owned an EV, but I’ve taken a few for test drives and they’re seriously cool. There’s no engine noise, and the acceleration is so smooth and quick. Plus, it’s amazing how far they can go on a single charge.

Overall, I think this news is a positive sign that more and more people are opting for cleaner transportation options. It’s exciting to see what the future holds for the EV industry!
