Elon Musk Suggests Rachel Maddow & Don Lemon Join Twitter Like Tucker Carlson: “You Will Receive Our Full Support”

So there’s this article I came across that talks about a suggestion from Elon Musk. Apparently, he thinks Rachel Maddow and Don Lemon should join Twitter just like Tucker Carlson, and that they’ll receive “full support” from him.

Basically, Musk made this suggestion in response to a tweet from comedian Tim Dillon, who had called out Maddow and Lemon for not joining the platform. Musk is known for being active on Twitter himself, and he’s said in the past that he thinks it’s a great way to communicate directly with people.

Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty surprised to see Musk encouraging people in the media to join Twitter. He’s had some pretty public clashes with journalists in the past, particularly around his coverage in the press. But I guess he sees the value in having more voices on the platform, even if they don’t always agree with him.

Personally, I think it would be great to see Maddow and Lemon on Twitter. As someone who works in media myself, I know how important it is to engage with your audience and be part of the conversation. And with Twitter being such a popular platform for breaking news and real-time commentary, it seems like a no-brainer for journalists to be active on there. Plus, it’s always interesting to see different perspectives and opinions, even if you don’t always agree with them.

All in all, I think Musk’s suggestion is a reminder of just how powerful social media can be in shaping public discourse and keeping people informed. With so much news happening every day, it’s more important than ever for journalists to be part of the conversation and engage with their audience in real time. Would you follow Maddow and Lemon on Twitter if they joined? Let me know in the comments!
