China regulator says Tesla to update software of more than 1 million cars

I came across an interesting article about Tesla having to update the software of over a million cars in China. Apparently, the Chinese regulator found some issues with the cars’ assisted driving features.

It’s funny how we always thought China was super strict with regulations, but now it seems like they’ve caught Tesla slipping.

Anyway, it sounds like Tesla has some work to do to fix these issues, and this update will affect a lot of cars on the road. It’s important for Tesla to make sure these types of features are safe, so hopefully this update will do the trick and prevent any accidents.

Based on my personal experience with Teslas, their autopilot feature is pretty cool, but it’s definitely not perfect. I’ve had some weird moments where it didn’t recognize certain obstacles or acted a bit wonky. So, I can see why China would want to make sure everything is up to par.

Overall, it’s interesting to see how regulations are constantly changing and evolving with new technology. It’s important for companies like Tesla to stay on top of these things to ensure the safety of their customers.
